HEY FOLKS,
if you ever take residence at forge gate apartments, lansdale, PA be sure to get your apartment inspected by the office staff right in front of you, otherwise you will be charged whatever comes to their mind. for eg. i was charged $80 towards payment for not cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and fridge. My mom and took special trouble to clean these with detergent and thick wipes. the only thing i didnt do was take their photographs of the cleaned apartment. They just charge you needlessly to compensate for the costs incurred to put up the new resident in that apartment.
Also when I moved in,
they charged me extra rent as it was a 3 months lease. On top of that I did not
get one of their renovated apartment with the facilities such as washer dryer,
microwave inside the apartment. also i got the apartment in 1st floor and its
really a pain going up the stairs. whats more there is no space between the
door and the staircase bottom to even stand properly, far-less keep any
articles in that handkerchief sized portion.
My suggestion to you all is if at all you go to stay there just bargain all the way - to lower the rent, choose an apartment in the ground floor with as many facilities inbuilt as they can provide and be very clear that while vacating they will personally inspect the apartment and give you approval on the spot, otherwise you wont see your deposit of $300 again.

Dont assume they are friends no
matter how good they behave as they are proper businessmen and also if you are
a student be verrrryyyyyyyyy careful.
